Brocker I 602 Natural State/Dworkin: the funny thing about choosing a contractual model is that it gives every possible party involved a veto right (1): Each individual must be able to agree to the proposed principles of justice so that they apply to all together. The original state is thus tailored from the outset to the distributive idea of individual rights. It should exclude a purely aggregative concept of justice.
